summary: ”I know what you are,” Jin whispered before he could stop himself.
A/N: I did the mistake of watching Twilight. This came up. Seriously, Stephenie Meyer... You destroyed my brain for good. Also all the fandom drama is making me crazy and my way of going through things is ignoring them and getting distracted. I'm not judging or hating on anyone who likes Twilight, so please don't feel offended if you're a fan.
The air was circulating around them. He could feel electricity tensing around them, pressure building up as he tried to hear where the other man was moving. It was already getting dark, the woods howling around them, endless and intimidating.
His palms were sweating. He could feel blood rushing in his ears, his heart pumping rapidly in his chest as he tried to calm himself down. He swallowed with difficulty and took a shaking breath.
”You're impossibly fast and strong,” Jin said quietly, even though he didn't know for sure if the other one was there. ”Your skin is pale white and ice cold. And... you.. you sparkle. Like diamonds on your skin.”
Now he could feel movements behind him, eyes piercing through his skin.
”Your eyes change color. And... sometimes you speak like you're from a different time. You never even drink anything. And you never go out in the sunlight.”
He could feel how the other man got closer.
”How old are you?” Jin asked, still feeling like he was talking to air.
”Twenty-four,” Kame answered, sounding suspicious but calm.
”How long have you been twenty-four?” Jin pointed out, voice shaking with the mix of fear and curiosity.
”... A while.”
Coldness surrounded Jin, and he had to take a few shallow breaths. His head was dizzy and his vision was blurry. Why, he couldn't tell. But he could tell Kame getting closer, now standing almost attached to Jin. It felt inhuman, the coldness radiating from him. The aura surrounding him.
”I know what you are,” Jin whispered before he could stop himself.
For a moment Kame was quiet, but then his steady voice was lingering in Jin's ears.
”So say it,” the man said with such certainty it made shivers go down Jin's spine. ”Say it out loud.”
Jin closed his eyes and bit his lower lip as he leaned back unconsciously, trying to feel Kame's ice cold skin.
”A fairy.”
”Are y-- wait, what?”
”You're a... fairy.”
Jin turned to look at Kame, trying to keep his terror to himself.
”What the hell are you talking about?” the shorter one asked, obviously stunned. He looked at Jin like someone who had just lost his mind.
”You sparkle. And Ueda really has a thing for you. And... all that stuff I said earlier. You're a fairy!”
”The hell is wrong with you, bitch? I'm in Johnny's,” Kame snorted, taking a step back so he didn't stand so close to Jin.
”You're in where?” Jin exclaimed and covered his mouth. ”Oh my God. This isn't happening. You're... You're... Oh God...”
”And I'm going to make you sparkle too,” Kame said, suddenly smirking wickedly and grabbing Jin's collar with a force the latter had never felt.
His screams were never heard.
